Dean Tsao Wai-tung Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary ("Baptist") has many subjects that adopt the "team teaching" model, in which two or more teachers collaborate with each other to plan and teach the same subject. * Teachers may take turns teaching, or interact in the same field, or one teacher may teach while other teachers observe and supplement... There are various forms and are flexible. In recent years, "Baptist" has regularly offered core subjects under the teacher-co-teaching model, including "Research and Writing", "Graduation Seminar", "Introduction to Pastoral Care and Counseling" and "Pastoral Leadership Studies and Ministry". Interviewee: Mr. Ma Woming Brother Ma Woming is a member of Caiping Baptist Church and has been a Christian for nearly 40 years. Brother Ma was once the chairman of the church’s deacon board.
