content 本課程會學習如何使用心靈讀經（Lectio Divina)，作為日常生活中恆常實踐靈修的方法。「心靈讀經」有另外兩個普及的中文翻譯：禱讀法及靈閱。心靈讀經是以聆聽聖言 (Lectio) 進入默想 (Meditatio) 、祈禱 (Oratio) 及安靜 (Contemplatio)。
課堂首先認識心靈讀經的源流、掌握四個步驟，以及在個人和小組靈修應用。其後，會學習進入所有屬靈操練的必修課，就是掌握如何安靜身心靈的方法及技巧。最後，進深學習以書法靈修來進行心靈讀經。
