content The transformation of women is like a tiny tree seed. As long as it absorbs the abundant nutrients provided by nature, it will quickly grow and become a lush tree, nourishing all living beings and benefiting all things. In modern society, sisters often become dual-income women or important caregivers in their families. They have to face huge invisible caregiving pressures, which cause multiple mental distress... Sometimes it even affects their own mental health and may make people around them feel... In view of this, the implementation of this course... allows sisters to identify their own conditions, thereby reducing stress and feeling relieved, and allows them to rely on the grace of Christ to build up strong resilience, cope with life challenges with a positive and flexible attitude, and move towards a rich life.
