content Serving in churches and institutions requires not only proper coordination, but also the handling of differences and conflicts. These aspects of service have a great relationship with our personality and temperament. This course is based on the 16-type personality, supplemented by other personality theories, to help students gain a more specific understanding of their own and their cooperating members’ personalities and service styles, allowing students to improve interpersonal relationships and promote unity in team service interactions. .
