This is an eight-week spiritual journey designed to help believers who live in a busy life reconnect with the source of life so that they can live a less hectic life. By learning different spiritual exercises, practicing together every week and sharing with each other, we hope to enhance students’ deeper understanding and appreciation of life, and help them establish closer relationships with themselves, God, and others. . Contents: 1. What are prayer and spiritual practice? Why? 2. Quietness and Prayer 3. The real me, real prayer 4. The Word of God in Different Forms 5. Different forms of spiritual disciplines 6.
