This undergraduate course provides an overview of the historical development of Christianity in China, explores its missionary strategies, internal and external shocks, revivals, religious policies, Hong Kong church history, etc., and uses the past to draw lessons from the present to reflect on the renewal and response of the Hong Kong church. Contents: 1. Christianity came to China three times 2. Pioneer missionary route to China 3. From lesson plans to non-Greed movement 4. Church History of the Anti-Japanese War and Civil War 5. Revival Movement Overseas Mission 6. Integration and unity movement 7. Church History in New China 8. Church history in Mainland China and Hong Kong |
