content This undergraduate course is one of the five compulsory subjects of the "Certificate in Church Administration" course. It aims to gain a more accurate understanding of team service and self-growth by exploring interpersonal relationships in the office, special personality and temperament, church administration and pastoral care, etc. Understand and reflect; at the same time, through the study of caring for members, receiving and following up on new guests, and external liaison skills, master human resource management skills related to interpersonal relationships.
